Art library in honour of Raymond Mhlaba officially opened in Eastern Cape

A state-of-the-art library has been officially opened in Alice in the Eastern Cape in honour of liberation struggle stalwart Raymond Mhlaba. He was the first premier of the province between 1994 and 1997. The multimillion-rand library also caters for visually impaired individuals.
